I make a wicked eggplant parmesian. One rule: When you pick an eggplant, run -- don't walk -- to the kitchen.
And Mrs. Pute is now of legal age, and you are safe.

Same as sweet corn. If it's 15 minutes or less from the time ya pick it 'til you're eating it, it's so sweet it makes your teeth ache.

Everytime I try a new Italian Restaurant I order Eggplant. I guage how good the place is by their eggplant. Love the stuff...I would have never guessed.
I love eggplant the Japanese kind long and skinny as they don’t have the soft bitter seeds (the thing that most people don’t like about them) my eggplant parm is awesome. I grow them. Six plants a year so I have plenty all summer to eat, bread up and put in the freezer and give to the neighbors until they say, oh no here she comes with more eggplant and squash

Anyone wasting concentrate like that is insane. Best to take multiple small dabs, unless the object is to impress your adolescent buddies.
We made them for colon and rectal cancer patients.

Any of you guys ever dealt with Barrets Esophagus?
About 12yrs ago I had an Endoscopy and doc said I had the beginnings of it. My doc now says I need to have it checked and see how it's progressed. So when I set up to have a Colonoscopy I'll have to do the damn Endoscopy too.
Barrett's can turn into cancer although they say it's very rare. Scares the crap outta me although I don't really have any symptoms. I can swallow food just fine and I have never coughed up blood or anything.
