Good morning finely aged Island Misfits! May we all enjoy the good times rolling!
A mostly clear day here starting at 34F and predicted to reach 51F, clouding up in the evening in preparation for more rain.
Working on historical records for the "Patent War" action team and data to support my battle with Area Heating and Cooling, who is trying to defraud me by marking repair parts up 800%, in addition to their $150 just to show up and $200/hr rate. Their service manager fluffed off my objection, so my next assault will be their general manager, before resorting to legal action and social media.

Just messing with you. My eyes open up every morning around 4:30 or 5am because I'm use to taking my thyroid medication early before I eat.
Miss Layla has taken it upon herself to make sure I rise on schedule every morning, thus saving me the responsibility. Actually neat to wake up to an enthusiastic pup, nuzzling, wiggling, and whimpering.

And a real sweetheart with family and friends, but a fierce defender of home plate and anyone who shows up gets barked to shreds, or nipped if they ignore her before I've told her OFF.Beautiful dog my friend.
She dotes on family, likes people, but is wary of strangers, especially those who try to sweet-talk her, which makes her immediately more suspicious.
She doesn't let anyone but us lay hands on her in the park, dancing away when people try, or warning them with a growl if they persist, and in our home only after being told OFF, and being properly introduced with treats.
