Brother, been there done that… up at the cabin I put a hammock between two walnut trees right by the waterfalls, and I could never fall asleep there either… when I close my eyes my mind starts to get over active and thoughts bang around inside my head like a pinball machine… the prescription I got last week seems to be doing its job and I’m falling asleep easier at night than I have been in the past…

It certainly does. Combine that with breaking all the bones and all the surgeries I’ve had make sure they’re very difficult night… my mom came from a very sickly Irish family that immigrated over here at the turn of the century, and I believe I inherited most of her damage to genetics… I’m starting to go out on the back porch with Ivan and chill out there until I get ready to nod back out again… that little pup has become quite the sidekick
