just use reg primers by themselvesI've got a break action revolver that was made back in the 1880's that doesn't require a permit or registration. It shoots a .38 short that I make out of worn out .38 SPL brass. Black powder only. If you tried loading the shells with even a small amount of smokeless, you'd turn it into a hand grenade instead of a handgun.
I have a Brother who used to be an Ast Da.I used to have a Municipal judge that routinely gave six months for the first offense. I havent had anyone go to jail on a driving while suspended in years....Usually suspended imposition of sentence these days.

Let me get back to you on thatAnother lie he told me. Swore up and down he only bleached the hole...of the butte that is....uh oh...Bertha, here it goes!
I had one like this My aunt found it farming and had a small hold worn in on one side , could not be firedI've got a break action revolver that was made back in the 1880's that doesn't require a permit or registration. exactly. making it fire a contemporary cartridge fooks the whole thing. An awful lot of trouble to go to, just use a real cartridge firing gun to start with. Black powder is not my self defense choice at all. That's for federal level only homie your state laws may have a very different take on it.
Here as long as its not converted to fire a contemporary cartridge its ok.
Any brass or metallic cartridge is what is definited as contemporary not the powder charge.
I had the right to remain silent, but not the ability....happens every dayThe 5th
looks like what Bonnie put in her bra riding with ClydeI had one like this My aunt found it farming and had a small hold worn in on one side , could not be fired
She gave it to me when I was 12

A cop gives you the best advice you can ever have. "You have the right to remain silent." It's a constant source of amazement to me just how many people will talk themselves into a prison cell. No, its keep your mouth shut! even if I can get you off, lying to a fed can get you 10 years...
Nope. 3F black powder, enough to almost fill the case, and when you seat the bullet, you want to hear the crunch, just like loading a cap & ball revolver.just use reg primers by themselves
May as well put a steel liner in a flare gunFexactly. making it fire a contemporary cartridge fooks the whole thing. An awful lot of trouble to go to, just use a real cartridge firing gun to start with. Black powder is not my self defense choice at all.
exactly why (besides getting prosecuted ) coverting one makes no sense. Rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6!just use reg primers by themselves
