Zucchini is on the menu here at least once or twice a week year round. This time of the year eat a lot of zucchini fries as my neighbor brings them over when they are giant and it takes us 4 days to eat one of them otherwise. We make it everywhichaway around here sweet and savory

I like to put yellow summer squash in a French fry cutter then in an egg wash covered in zatarains seasoned fish fry. Best squash fries I have ever tried!
