Me too, but one squirrel doesn't go very far. It does make good meat addition to jambalaya, along with andouille and whatever other mystery meats you have on hand.I like squirrel meat. Young grey squirrels are pretty good eating.

This one is an invasive Fox, but we also have the indigenous Gray's here, as well as hybrids.Fox squirrel is the biggest with the most meat. I have never killed a gray because they are too little.
