I’ve discovered that my morning cup of coffee is what is tearing my guts up so I’m using a product now called mud/wtr… this is going to be a difficult transition. I am enjoying the ice on my back before I head to the gym this morning. Both the boys are laying out on the back porch just chilling out this morning so life is good.
Good morning everyone! Another wet day here in Florida it has rained its ass off the last week or two. Lots of downed trees and several roads have been closed locally. Maybe it will end soon so I can catch up on some work!

Subbie, it’s supposed to have 1/7 of the caffeine, but it does have three or four different types of mushrooms. It has a very unusual taste, and I would assume it would take a while for me to acquire liking for this product. It taste very Middle Eastern, and is somewhat gritty because it doesn’t break down when it’s stirred, I’d much rather have my coffee but at least my stomach isn’t feeling like it’s a battlefield It’s off to the gym, just trying to keep the wheels from falling off…
I used to drink coffee black. Drank it that way for years, until the day came that I started getting nauseous every morning.
Didn’t take long to figure out it was the coffee.
I can still drink coffee, but I have to load it up with about 3 tablespoons of creamer. No more nausea after that.
I got suspended for three days in 9th grade. Called the bus driver a son of a beetch. He grabbed me and said "son, if you were 21 I'd smack you." I told him if I was 21 I'd beat you within an inch of your life. First time pot "worked" was during those 3 days....

On a more serious note, Good Morning Islanders! Looks like it's going to be a beautiful day. Sun is shining, got a mild breeze, and outside work is calling me but my back is calling me really foul names. Don't tell the little autistic gal Gretta, but I'm gonna keep on keepin' on just like the world's still spinning.
