Gray, we got old when we weren’t paying attention and it snuck up on us. I am currently drinking a product called mud/wtr and find it a bit odd compared to my usual brew… i’d much rather have my triple strong coffee in the morning but it tears my guts up and after not drinking it for a couple days my belly feels quite happy…
I drink Decaf. My heart doesn't like caffeine. I could probably do the half decaf but i only drink one cup of coffee in the morning anyway.
I switched to the half caff recently, myself. One cup a day.
It tastes just as good without the jitters.
I have not been able to drink caffeine after noon for years. I will be up until midnight if I do.
I never could understand how anyone could drink coffee of an evening, and then fall asleep.

I don't drink coffee, but I drink at least six Cokes a day. First thing in the morning is a tall glass of water. After it's gone, I use the seasoned ice for my first Coke. I'll drink Coke clean up to 0300 with no bad belly effects.*
*Tuesdays and Fridays, it's water after beer time. Coke tastes great right up to taking that first sip of beer, then it's way too sweet.

hang out with me for awhile , I have coffee in the evening all the time , can drink a cup and go right to bed and fall asleep
now getting up to relieve myself is another story

Grayfox is back home from the Ashland Shakespearian Festival and things back to norm.
Someone hacked Oregon DMV, which included our personal information, so I ran a credit check to see if we were compromised and found 35 incidences of our information on the dark web. Our credit score is still 846 and only shows 1% usage, but I may freeze our credit to protect us.
PT this morning for my upper back issues. So far no fix but some relief from TENS.
