holes in leaves

is this a bug issue? they are in coco and did have high ph about 4 days ago. but all that is corrected and wondered if i have bugs or is that from ph being wacked out

The big hole in that one leaf looks like accidental damage or the growing-out of a previously nute/ph imbalance damaged young leaf, like a scar that didnt heal right . I dont see bug damage telltales yet. Just keep close watch on your conditions, because as umbra says you will have problems down the line if you put them back into a stressed state.

Could also be nute splashes left to dry under light and burned...
