Hindu Skunk and Purpe Kush ?

So I just started my first hydro grow and so far the room conditions seem to be perfect, temps are good and everything is working great ! I just picked up 12 Hindu skunk babies and 12 purle Kush babies. I saw someone mention in one of the forums that different strains sometimes have diffferent feeding scheduals ! So I was wondering if the skunk and the purp would be ok to have on the same nute program since they will both be fed by the same resi ? If any one can shoot me any advice on this I would appreciate it, oh and do they have the same flowering schedual ?.... Cheers !
