hi,im new and need some help

golden color on the ends of sum of my plant leaves.i gave it nutrients and change its pot to sumthing bigger.and i also move the lite back alil.
I also c that sum of my leaves r alil lite green.iam doing anythg wrong.or wat can i do to help my plnt dont want to stat over.i had it a month so far.
