I don't usually use DHGate. I am too anal to wait that long for something. However, I have a good/bad seller list from FC that might be helpful in choosing a seller.

As for the pipe, I love the water end but I'm not big on quartz bangers. I don't like to use the torch because the temperature you're vaping at is totally a guess. With something like the Motar, you can set the temperature on the box mod and not crispy fry your rosin. And, the Motar is adaptable to the water pipe.

I love the pipe, itself, I use a bong for almost everything.
