female, males and hermies

Im not sure if this post is in the right place but look... I dont understand about hermies. Do they produce buds and if so are they smokable? I know i seen a post some where on sexing but how long before you usually know the sex and how do you tell? Yeah im a beginner but who better than the big dogs to help me off the porch.

A hermie is a female with male flowers as well. Yes they produce buds, and yes it is smokable. But the problem is that seed production takes energy away from THC production, so you loose potency. And having a hermie spreading pollen in your grow room will create seeds on your other females, destroying their potency as well. If you only have 1 plant and it hermies, grow it out you can still smoke the bud. Just try to pick off the male flowers. If you have a lot of females and one turns hermie, trash it.

i agree,hermies are smokable.i had oneplant that was heavy in flower and i noticed seeds on her.i pulled her a little early and i will tell you now,she was some kick arse smoke.just imagine if she had not have gotten pollinated.i know not how she did tho.i had 3 more ladies in with her and am about to harvest 2 more of those and i have seen nothing that looks like a seed.it is baffeling to me.

I grew swarm of stupid hermies in woods approx. in 2,000 acres.. when I was kid... and smoked it... no HIGH out of this!! but bunch of headaches!!

well i hope i dont get any hermies or males. My babies havent started showing sex yet i dont think. they are only 2 weeks old right now. just trying to get the facts and solutions before that.

I know it has hairs and sacks.. just that I thought it was just straight buds..

every time I come back home from school 4 hours drive each weekends..

I stayed at school every week.. and go home on weekends.. it's my fault to not give the kind of attention to plants that they needed..

I was totally pissed that I couldn't get high from it.. and NO.. I can not get high from hermie.. I do have hermie bag somewhere.. ya wanna try it? here have this bag it is from hermie..

but I do remember there was 2 plants that I got high from.. and got caught from school for bring weed to school.. I brought a lbs of it.. but they caught me with a oz... I stashed the rest.. I got suspend worth of 2 weeks.. can not go home and stayed there for a weekend.. along with my stash..

I smoked in shower with my friend.. we only has brown towel paper.. rolled in blunt.. every time.. 2 time at shower a day.. man I won't forget that.. I got away with a lbs!!
