discolouration problem?

hi dudes, hope all is well and hazed up:aok:.
my problem is, that today i saw some discolouration on 1 of my gals.
the strange thing is, it`s only on one leaf, covering the tip half of 2 fingers, that`s it. I removed the discoloured finger halfs and the rest of the plant looks sound.
i veged for 8 weeks, and last night was my 1st 12/12, for flower phase.
i`m a soil grower, and i would like to figure this out.
my camera can`t pick up the detail, needed to see this light brown crap on the 2 fingers . On the 2 fingers, the ends are curled upwards slightly.?.
The colour is light greeny/brown, however not dead. all help greatly welcome and needed

also, i forgot to water the ladies yesterday, and when i came home they were all droopy, but not anymore. maybe it was that.

sounds like you need to back off on the fertilizer a little. Tip burn is the first indication of over fertilization.

ive got the same problem but on the whole of 1 plant , its always infront of the fan like a few inches away , ive not given any nutes to any for about 3weeks or more & ive been watering only when despratly needed on all , ive done everything the same for all but that 1 is completly messed in terms of brownin
