Been a long time since I've had a homemade pumpkin pie. Mom used to make the best I've ever eaten.

Happy Thanksgiving ya'll...I smoked a turkey breast yesterday, because it was supposed to rain today. Got a sweet potato pie in the oven right now, and the wife is making chicken and dressing.

Hey folks. Turkey going in the oven soon. Old family friend came and gave us a pecan pie from his moms recipe. It’s the best ever. We gave him a cream cheese pie and a couple nuggets of Gelato.

Lucky to have had our Thanksgiving dinner last Sunday. I'm still nibbling on leftover turkey, but the pies are gone. Some great pumpkin roll is still around, but we're gonna grill a couple filets for tonight.
I put everything in winter mode the last couple days. They're predicting lake effect snow through Tuesday. Accumulation between 8 and 30 plus inches. We'll see what happens, we're stocked with food, booze and weed and have no pressing obligations for the time being.
