Could the be over fertilizing or a deficiency of zinc ?

Hello everyone I got some pictures my light is not to good but I got them the tips are yellow and I flushed her three days ago and she is almost completely dry so I am thinking it’s the flowers that turned them that color I’m hoping you all can help me correct my goof up thanks everyone

What's your PH? They do look like you have some turn and burn going on. Back off some on the ferts and watch the new growth to see if it's working. The new growth will tell you a lot about what's going on.
