nice light you have their, ive heard 400 watt hps are great for growing, especially in the flowering stage, just they get really hot, you might be frying your plants if your light is too close (just a thought), i'll try have a look at the best distance for those lights for you
MG from what ive heard is one of the shitest soil's you could buy, although some people get good results from it, it seems the exception and not the rule, try your best to get a better mix, if you can make sure to get perlite, it gives your soil great drainage
oh also, do your pots have drainage holes in your pots? (dont exactly know your set up completely so a might seem 2 be asking pretty obvious questions lol)
also are you makeing sure your watering with every feeding? (probs are, just wondering
)
you may be giveing your plant nute burn, try only useing 1/4-1/2 a teaspoon every 2-3waterings
