To start off, I just want to let everyone know that I mostly want to get into growing as a hobby. At the moment, I am researching cannabis cultivation and am giving my first 4 plants a try. I just joined the site so I thought that I'd say hello.

hey :D im pretty new to the site too, and have never grown but read up on it a hell of alot so that once i move out here into a place of my own i can start, be good if you could start a growing journal :D, any questions you need answered im happy to help :)

I got a plant almost 2 weeks and in a 4 inch pot going 2 change 2 a 10 inch pot and gets light and heat from a stove light and having the munches but it is 2 big know but I don't got a lamp but it also gets sun so its ok 4 at least 1 more week is it ok wit just a lamp and water if not were do I get plz help

thanks man :D nice light you have their, ive heard 400 watt hps are great for growing, especially in the flowering stage, just they get really hot, you might be frying your plants if your light is too close (just a thought), i'll try have a look at the best distance for those lights for you

MG from what ive heard is one of the shitest soil's you could buy, although some people get good results from it, it seems the exception and not the rule, try your best to get a better mix, if you can make sure to get perlite, it gives your soil great drainage
oh also, do your pots have drainage holes in your pots? (dont exactly know your set up completely so a might seem 2 be asking pretty obvious questions lol)
also are you makeing sure your watering with every feeding? (probs are, just wondering :))
you may be giveing your plant nute burn, try only useing 1/4-1/2 a teaspoon every 2-3waterings

sorry if i miss read anything, im tired lol cant get to sleep its 6:15am and ive got a college interview in a few hours...yyaayy

lol anyway hope i helped

you should have that light 12-24inches away :) put your hand over the top of the largest plant, after 5seconds if your hand starts 2 get hot, your light is too close :)

GL :D

Yeah the light is very nice indeed. The one I have mostly function in the Red and Yellow spectrum which are best for flowering.

Yeah it turned out that I was over feeding it. I got this whole deal figured out.

Thanks for the help man.
