You're using a drip system still, right? If so, then set up your seeds into the rockwool, set up the drip, set up your lights and let them grow.
You'll need to do a LOT of reading. Since you've chosen to grow a crop while you learn how to grow a crop, you'll need to read, read, read and catch up to where you should be before you start growing.
It's all in here man. Just start reading all the posts that discuss drip systems, rockwool, seedlings, new growth, LST, topping, nutrients, lights, etc.
If you read a couple of hours every night, you should have a good idea of what you're doing in a couple of weeks. Then, your ability will come up to where your plants are.
