Will this Hydro setup work???

This is my first post and I am new to hydroponics. The system consist of a 4x8 foot tray with 15 aro-pots (holes for air cover outside of pot). I have a 30 gallon resivor with a 400 gph pump going from 3/4 inch hose to 1/4 inch drip line. It is a top feed system. I am using 50% perelite and 50% coconot. My clones have been in the meadium for about 7 days now and the leaves are turning yellow. My ph is consistantly between 5.5 and 5.9. I am using a 3 part nutrient called sweet and heavy. I started out useing 2 600 watt lights thinking they were the hortilux eye, which i heard was ok for both veg and flowering, but it turns out they are not. Would it work if i use 4 foot floresent gro lux bulbs to veg? Or at least till they are rooted in my mix? or should i invest in the hortilux bulbs? Any help or advise in my questions or to hydroponics in general would very much appreciated.
