Lefty or righty? Both are lowryder #2 exact same age, and about the same height. One is more bushy a little bit behind in bud development the other is farther along and not very bushy.

What do you think? Which one would you pollenate and are they actually ready to be pollenated my males have started to drop pollen.

the left one u'll end up with tons of seeds in the small buds at the base of the nodes lower on the branches and plant.

Fire it up

I'm not sure when the best time to pollenate is. This is my first time. We'll see how it goes. I took everyone's advice and pollenated the lower branches. I brought the two females into the room with the males and applied the pollen there. I'm not sure if being in the same room as the males dropping pollen for 5 minutes will pollenate the whole plant or not. Guess we will see how potent pollen really is.

I would collect some pollen and brush it on the buds hairs to make sure. Just bringing the females into the room with the males for 5 mins wont be enuf. The pollen will need some help getting to the bud sites via wind, fan, bee's, or human with small paint brush. :)

go with the one on the left, but dont pollinate all of the budsites, jmo, it looks bushier and may have better traits passed on through the seeds, im planning a hybrid cross between the two strains i have right now.

Ohh no I brought them in the room but I "sprinkled" the pollen on the branches I wanted. I was just hoping the top bud sites didn't get pollinated by being in the same room.

when i pollinate, im going to isolate the pollinated female with a fan on her to blow the residual pollen off in a different room or something for a while, that way, theoretically, when i put her back into the population, all the loose pollen should be gone that could cantaminate the rest of my sensi!

Yeah I wanted to do that but my last grow had some spider mites pretty bad. Thats where my males are at. So I didn't want to leave my females in that room in fear of transfering mites. Otherwise I would have done that. Also I can hopefully still get nice top colas off these.
