What nutes to use?

I am going to be putting 4 plants in black 5 gallon buckets outside in about 10 days.

The buckets have been drilled with multiple holes in the bottom and filled approximately 2 inches with aquarium rock for draining purposes.

I would like to grow organically and would like some advice of ferts/nutes.

The buckets are a clean slate, please give me a recipe for good organic dirt. If you know a place online that sells good feerts/nutes within the US please let me know asap sp that I can get these ordered right away.

Foxfarm certainly looks good.

But what about a good rcipe for a 5 gallon bucket?

Would I need:
sand
banana peels
peat moss
Perlite
vermiculite
worm castings
bat guano
...
...
...
e.t.c.

Or could I just use a good top soil dirt and an organic fert/nute mix from a place like foxfarms?
