I pound out chicken breast slices, wrap them around a piece of good cheese, then wrap those with bacon, stick 'em on a waterlogged bamboo skewer and grill until the cheese leaks out the middle and the bacon is crispy.

*Totally keto, totally healthy, and *I'm totally a lire. But man do they taste good!

My wife likes them so much she 'volunteered' me to make some for a Halloween lunch thing she's doing for her crew at work. She wants like 30 of them. UGH. I don't mind, though. I might cut up some jalapenos and put in a couple of them, which is how I like 'em. I'll use red toothpicks on those, so nobody is surprised.

I like things spicy. 🥰

Sounds keto and healthy to me. The bacon maybe not ‘healthy’ but it is a small percentage of the total food. Cheese and chicken(as long as they aren’t from injected cows and chickens are very healthy.

I buy good quality proteins. I eat veggies and fruits at every opportunity. I try to practice moderation, preferring to graze a little all day as opposed to sitting down to a full belly meal two or three times a day. All my adult life, been that way.

But I also have a sweet tooth. And I like fried foods and bacon and fatty steaks and scones and biscuits-and-gravy and hash browns and french fries and today I got a Culver's burger and...my diet is wide-ranging, and I don't monitor it like I know I should.

we are doing the carnivore diet around here bud t I cheat a lot
I like meat a lot, but a steady diet of broccoli is so helpful to the excretion process that it's hard for me to stay away from. I seek out fruits and veggies before I do meat, actually. Never tried an all carnivore diet.

I ate Yellow Rice or Kraft Macaroni and Cheese pretty much daily (4/$1.00) for a couple years once. I was pretty happy to finally afford a pound of hamburger and stuff for a salad.

I eat like that also kind of. I'll eat a wheat bagel in the morning with 1/2 lb. of peanut butter on it. And don't usually eat again till dinner. My wife pesters me to eat all the time but I'm just not that interested. But after dinner than I pig out on something at night usually that huge bag of Chocolate I have in my side computer desk drawer. Everyone once in a while I let it run out and go for a few months with out it and then get some more.

saw this big boy yesterday about 1/2 mile from the house
