U.S. Postal Services Unveils New Policy On Mailing Hemp-Derived CBD Products

This link explains that the USPS is allowing hemp derived products to be mailed. I see an opportunity or issue with this. Hemp seeds and Marijuana seeds are indistinguishable from both visual inspection and chemical analysis. So.... how does the UPSP determine if you are mailing or receiving hemp seeds... or marijuana seeds in the mail?

USPS, on the other hand, is simply requiring mailers to keep those records on hand for up to two years. ???
this sounds exactly like the firearm registration forms which were originally intended to go only to the state police. the plan was they would throw them away shortly after they receiving them. now not only do they go to the state police, but right to the feds where they log all legal firearms owners. great gimmick to get a listing, isn't it?
this place is turning into the soviet union.
