The one and only time I did it was outdoors. I just put on some Barry White music and let nature take its course.

Depends on how many seeds ya want. If you want a few for the future, just do a bud or two. Lots of folks will put a bag over the bud pollinated for a few days after so the pollen doesn't get to the rest of the buds.
If you've got the room, I'd isolate the plant you want to breed. My luck would be to pollinate the entire tent/grow room.

I would have done that but he (Jerry my seed guy) sent me 2 more testers so the males are in a separate room. I will put the female with them and let the fan do the rest. After a few weeks, I will give it a wash and then back with the others. Lights are better there. I thought about painting them but afraid I wont do it right.

Does the light raise for when they get taller?
It goes to 24 inches
I grow clones with this. It raises up about 4’
It does a great job and I’ve kept clones alive for months under it waiting till I had room in a tent or for spring to be planted outside
I want to learn to make fems seeds. There is lots of info out there but for the best results it says to start with a female clone. I know nothing so everything will he trial and error. I will most likely give away seeds as testers while I am learning this craft. Not making strains just trying to perfect fems first. I guess I need to research clones before buying anything. I just looked like a great deal pre black fri sale
It goes to 20” max. I would only be rooting the clones. Not growing them or holding them in veg.
