Good morning...happy Friday...just peeked at the forecast...3 more 80's day...(ran AC when I got in yesterday). Then back to more seasonable temps...50's and 30's. Back to repairing/painting decks at work.

Decided to take a PTO day today from work. I need a break, a 3 day weekend. It was a stressful week for me and I said F*ck it, I'm taking Friday off!
Other than a lunch date with the wife, I am just lounging around, playing guitar and hanging with the fam.

We tie ours down with rebar Spikes 2 ft deep. Luis makes them at work. They have a tool that will bend rebar into a hook. I love it. We only lost ours once and it rained 2 weeks straight from hurricane run off first. It ended up on the roof with a big gaping hole.
 
Any Saturday I wake up outside of a body bag is a happy Saturday. :)
Saturdays are also my cheat day. After eating less than 700 calories a day for the last week, I'm gonna pig out on a grilled corned beef on rye with swiss cheese and a side of onion rings. Yum! Back to starvation Sunday.

If you can starve yourself fir a whole week to eat just what you want for one day, why not do it any way. I eat whatever I want but very small portions. If I eat a sandwich I cut it in half. Save the other half for the next meal or next day. I have lost a lot if weight doing this. After my stomach adjusted(which didn't take long) it was easy. I even eat cake if I want to I usually don't want to. I used to crave sweets not any more. I don't really crave anything anymore. Even HAF no appetite. If you ate hungry in between meals drink plenty of water.
Water helps you feel full and helps push out toxins and other things your body don’t need.
