Our old dog responded really well to very small doses of cannabis oil.
Too large of a dose and the response is not nice, vomitting, twitching, catatonic and the like.
The small dose worked better than methocarbomal, gabbapentin or meloxicam.

How the fk did they cut that little aspirin up into 3 pieces.😳
Personally, I'd crush it into dust and lay out a line (think cocaine) and divide the line in the absence of a reloading grain scale.
in that case , an 18oz Estwing hammer will work
A 22oz Craftsman straight claw hammer for the win. I carried one of those more years than I didn't.

was it steel or wood shanked?

I liked the Estwing straight claw because it had a flat shank that I could use to scrape clean the 2x4 forms we used when pouting concrete…..finishers all carried them…I still have one in my tool bucket

but yeah , carpenters used many different hammers for various jobs

That's exactly what I was talking about. Chopping it up and then splitting it into 3rds.

I cut my BP med in half and it is a tiny little white pill. 3.125
I use a razor blade and my reading glasses to see it. It's about the same size as the 81mg aspirin I take. How the fk do you cut it into 3rds?
Would be easier to chop up the pill and then divide it into 3rds.
Get a pharmaceutical grade mortar and pestle and grind the pill up and divide after .

I give this to my dog every day. She loves and beggs for it. She is 13 1/2 years old and it sure has helped with her stiff joints.

Steel shank. Harder on the hands and joints, but lasts forever. No broken handles makes for better productivity.

hit about 11 balls with my 7 iron trying to hit tree rats ... come close but no cigar
Before a developer came along and STOLE MY WOODS 😤 and put stupid houses behind me, I used to choot 'em with my wrist rocket. It don't kill 'em, but it surely gets 'em to chattering! lol

Had 'em all cleaned out with my little bolt 22 at one point in time, but that was a good while back. Destructive little buggers, they are.

boo, on an European GS site around about 2001 a number of vets on a help site recommended a 1/3rd of a 80mg aspirin and about 50mg of vitamin C for arthritis in older GSs ..

can't find that free info site anuymore of course. .. the C will slightly elevate body temps in the GS if too much given
I had a shepard/wolf hybrid once that had it so bad you could feel it in his hips when he walked. One of the best dogs I've ever had, but the ex hated him because when I was around, he wouldn't listen to a word she said. He was fine when I was at work...but when I was home he completely ignored her, and she was far too insecure for that. LOL

I got him an oversized dog house that he wouldn't use. I was working one day and she tried to coax him into it by crawling inside and calling him. Instead, he sat outside the door and showed his teeth at her whenever she tried to get out of it.

She was in there about an hour before I got home. I couldn't find them, and when I went out the back door, there he sat. Called him and he came running to me, followed by her, and my oh my was she pissed! Even more so when I started laughing - I thought I was gonna pee my pants laughing.

That did not sit well with the battle axe, lemme tell ya'. ☺️

My dad was a carpenter...back before all the various jobs were subbed out. He did it all. I still have his 20 0z framing hammer somewhere. And his hand saws.

Different strokes for different folks. I have them eating out of my hands. I when I was young I used to shoot everything in sight. Not anymore!
