good morning

well , mostly good

i lifted my right leg and lifted it up , crossed it over onto my left leg to put my sock on

and BAM!……a very serious muscle cramp on the front inside of my leg , not the back

i immediately went into a cold sweat and about passed out , took me about 30 minutes to get my act back together

all from just putting a dam sock on!

time for some serious coffee
Rub sone vix on it next time it will be better in about 2 minutes. That happened to me getting out of bed a few days ago. I grabbed the vix snd massaged it in, and it went away.

Water and bananas will keep them from coming.
I love a good banana! But my adoration threshold is small - not bitter green still, but firmer texture and just...just...turned ripe. Like, today. Tomorrow it'll be too soft for me to truly enjoy. I usually buy two at a time, every couple weeks.
When available.
You ever eat a grilled banana?

No but I have eaten grilled plantains

I've never eaten a plantain.
they are usually fried or grilled. I like the fried ones if they are done correctly. You slice them like an inch thick. Fry them smash them with the bottom of a glass then you fry them again. Add salt n pepper

So you put 'em in a skillet and beat 'em with a glass? Sounds messy.

No lightly brown on both sides then remove from oil. Once slightly cooled( just enough so you dont burn yourself) then flatten about half way. If you are using 1 inch slices smash to 1/2 inch slices. Return to pan and finish browning on both sides. Its a cuban or Puerto Rican dish maybe South American. Can’t really remember. My daughter needed an ethnic dish to bring to school for international day. I search for a recipe that was easy and wouldn't break the bank. Thats the one I found. They are called Tostones or in English fried plantains.

Florida is a very Hispanic state and I’ve been eating Cuban food for over 50 years down here. When they fry ripe plantains they are called plantanos in this locale…add some ropas viejo and life is good…don’t forget the Cubano bread an some cafe conleche

Found these at hippies house

@CrashMagnet says eat a spoon of yellow mustard and it immediately goes away. Never tried it would have to keep the mustard by the bed…

This was on the internet so it must be true. Sounds reasonable so put your mustard beside the bed tonight before you go to sleep.

Leg cramps, says Dr. Michael Fredericson, Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Stanford University, are caused — at least in theory — by an "overexcitation of the nerves in your legs." A food like mustard, then, might work to override the signal your legs are sending to your brain by triggering the nerves in your mouth or throat. That way, says Fredericson, "the painful stimulus, or the irritating one, doesn't have a chance to register."

I love mustard and next leg cramp I will try a spoonful and report back

meanwhile
