That was Brother Yoop's favorite rig. Smoked on it many times. I still prefer a joint or a bowl.I have the same one , I start at 348 until I see vape, a few hits I turn it up to 355 a few more hits (lifting the glass tube even so slightly to allow better air flow), than up to 365, same, finally 385-390 same, above it gets very hot over 400 it will start to combust like burning it in a joint. But that is what I do on my Solos I have an original and a solo 2 same as yours
I consume %99 of my flower in dry herb vape form (except the times my friends dab me) and I love it. When I switched from smoking to vaping nothing but the highest setting on my PAX 3 used to give me the throat hit, so I kept it at 420F all the time. Eventually the craving for the throat hit went away and it started to feel a little too harsh. For a while I used the ramp up setting on the PAX, it starts with the lowest temperature and gradually raises the temperature throughout the vaping session to use all the cannabinoids (I heard that above 400 a lot of THC is converted into CBG and anecdotal but I think different temperature definitely create different highs)Is the one pictured considered an E-Pen? It’s a lot like the bag by being easier on the lungs than a Marley. I seem to get the best taste at just under 400. I’m thinking turning it up over 400 I would be coughing. I was just wondering what the best burn temperature to get the most out of my weed.
Trying it out today I like the taste and feel like I’m getting a hit at about 385-400. I usually Smoke more than it will hold so I reloaded it to finish my buzz. That ramp up setting felt good for a while but ultimately I ended up settling with the 2nd temperature setting (360F). It produces a very delicious hit although, I don't get as high as if I heat it up all the way. So if I have a lot of flower that I can go through, I choose the pleasant taste, if I need to stretch it to make the ends meet, I make sure that I use everything it can give me by heating it all the way up at the end of the session.
Another suggestions is to hold the vapor in. I know the college dorm myth of holding the smoke as much as you can to get as high as you can might have been debunked (even though I think it works), holding the vapor in absolutely makes a difference, at least for me. I also save my AVB in order to use it later on for simple concentrates or edibles if the need arises.
Just say their name, OK? Chickenfingers. You don't know what it's like, to be them.Riverhead raceway is very inclusive and proud to say chickens are always welcome.
They were the first racetrack to ban chicken fingers.

Oh, exactly. I get the RedWitch to drive most of the time so I can hold myself up from the seat a tad with my right hand holding the handle on top.Just the thought of driving that much makes my back twinge.
Never saw or heard of one of those gadgets. Wow. Science marches on.I have the same one , I start at 348 until I see vape, a few hits I turn it up to 355 a few more hits (lifting the glass tube even so slightly to allow better air flow), than up to 365, same, finally 385-390 same, above it gets very hot over 400 it will start to combust like burning it in a joint. Nothing taste as good as a Jay, but then again I have never done a dab of honey either. That was Brother Yoop's favorite rig. Smoked on it many times. I still prefer a joint or a bowl.
As a volcano owner, I gotta say I went through an S-curve with it.Do you feel the volcano is a good idea?
Curious how often people who "smoke" use a volcano over another method in their reach?
Is it a big deal like starting my gas weed wacker?
I picked up a couple years ago to smoke weed and they gum up pretty badly in the stem after a bit and are hard to clean.I ordered an opium pipe for doing small one hits of flowers during the night for sleeping. Gets about 3 good hits off tiny amount of herb

I thought about that after it cameI picked up a couple years ago to smoke weed and they gum up pretty badly in the stem after a bit and are hard to clean.
Walt the Solo II Arizer might be right up your ally. The bowl is a fraction of the size as the volcano and it hits about the same smoothness as the bag if you have the temp set just right. Of course you don’t have the bag to breath back into as you do but you would enjoy a 10 min session im sure. May get 2-3 buzz from one little bowl for you.As a volcano owner, I gotta say I went through an S-curve with it.
The thing works great, very mild smoke at room temp.
BUT!! It uses much more weed. If you do not care about that, then I'd say the volcano is absolutely wizard, and the best way to go that I have found.
