That is the way I made it when I 1st learned to make tinctures . From that point I use heat to infuse into what oil I was using .

He's the QWET man. Speaking of bubbles I always notice when I first make fresh qwet, it develpoes bubbles for a while. In small flat vials like dispensary rosin would come in, about 1-1/2 gram? It will be full of bubbles after a day or two. I heated the tip of a tiny screwdriver, and stirred it up. Nice and . smooth. Next day some bubbles back, restored, again nice and flat, then few bubbles. About then they no longer return, and I figure ready to use. What is that?

but yeah , we use some Pyrex bowls and usually have 2-4 grams in it and if we don’t pull a vacuum on it and just let it sit , it gets a lot of tiny bubbles

Probably residual alcohol. The alcohol produces irregular sized bubbles, while the CO2 produces fine fizzy bubbles.

As noted pulling a vacuum will aid in removing the residual alcohol present even after the resin has solidified.
