It's ok to admit you cry at girly movies now

Wouldn't know. Never watched one. Thank God I had a daughter to watch that crap with the Old Hen. Haven't got misty-eyed at a movie since watching We were Soldiers.

I do love living out kinda in the sticks and watching the critters. 'Yotes ain't welcome, but everything else is. That bald eagle that's camped down by the clay banks sure is a pretty critter to watch. The Great Blue Herons are a trip when they fly six feet over my head when I'm mowing the back field.

My blood pressure scared me too, but I was able to get it to just seriously concerning with 40 minutes on the stationary bike, until I was able to see my doctor.

The cause is yet to be determined, but she added amLODIPine Besylate to my Losartin until we do and my BP is down to 148 over 84 while we figure that out.

That brought back a memory...

I went to see that movie in an afternoon showing. There were only about ten people in the theater. All old guys.

When the movie was over and everybody filed out... we sort of stood there silently as a group. Somber, thinking...

Nobody spoke a word. Didn't have to.

That's one of my favorite movies. And very realistic. Mel Gibson did a great job. And he is a great guy too. He isn't part of the Hollywood elite bullshit. He also is fighting for missing children. Says Hollywood is so many words is the devil's den.
