dont forget the photos!
Here is a good photo. I fried a fusible link. Was on a trolling motor only lake so I was running the motor at full speed getting across the lake and boom the thing stopped. Trying to figure our which on to get new. Thinking the one I fried was not the right one. Here it is.

I was able to by pass the link and limp the boat home. Beautiful day turned out ...... Oh well, I will figure out the right one and try again next week.

What is the full amp draw and the locked rotor amps for your motor?

But did the sun shine at least? Did you stay warm? Did you have an extra doobie prepared in the old tackle box for the hot dog wire job that got you back to shore? How about a sandwich and a nice thermos of coffee?

Looks vaguely familiar. The cat, that is. "Our" fix to the problem (the cat's and mine). This is Himself and Fuzzy, in the process of writing my latest novel around her.

Hey lookit that picture on the wall just above the rack of DVD's. That is "George and Mommy" -- it was inscribed by them saying they hoped my busted neck was better.

This was back when he still was a hero of mine (WWII combat pilot, ex-CIA Director) and not a traitor. It is no longer on the wall.

That other, darker pic on the wall behind me is an inlaid US Eagle plaque woodwork I did... It is now in the possession of my bro, @boo.

I wanted to get on with my life but alas there was the draft, so I joined the Marines to avoid the army and to become a pilot.

I sometimes mull tongue in cheek about the value of drafting all adults to serve their country for four years, whether in a military or civil support function.

We appear to have become a nation of "Me's" with inalienable individual rights, that have lost track of the glue that holds society together.
(*snork*) I would NEVER join the Mah-reens. If your timing was right, Tattered, your ultimate Jarhead Commandant was Lt. General Edward Walter Snedeker. My fargin Unca. I am named after him.

Can you imagine trying to match the guy who commanded a regiment at Iwo? And was currently (at my time) Commandant of the Mahreen Coah? Jeez. Talk about a tough act to follow.

Check this John Wick 4 flaming shotgun shells. Kinda expensive....

Bubba
Oddly, Dragon's Breath shotgun shells are outlawed in Floriduh. They go for $5 a shot, "...will shoot a fireball around 125 yards and will start fires..."

I am surprised they have not been used in Rambo-type movies.

Giving up .... Turned it over to my SIL. I remember a time if I wanted a new cam for my car and asked what is the maximum lift a 1969 GTO would take without bending an intake valve. Answer from Blades sped shop ....answer 550 lift with a 310 duration...SOLD! Customer service is a thing of the past....I followed Rosters advice after chasing my tail for two hours and called the manufacturer.....they wanted my credit card for the answer...fk you!!!

It is a minn kota prowler 55
I didn't find a Minn Kota Prowler 55, but did find a Minn Kota Powerdrive 55, which uses a 60-amp breaker and an 8-gauge wire.

Melissa likes to get between me and my keyboard as well. I like the Polycarbonate cover solution and will find/make one.

Fuzzy looks a lot like Melissa, who also makes a bee line for my lap when I sit in my recliner.

Snicker, snark, snort! If everyone could be a Marine, we wouldn't be the Marines.

The few, the proud, the Marines are by their very nature limited to only a few good men.
