Workouts I love doing when I am high. And since I am high all the time, it's what I do.

Swimming. I love swimming in warm water and listen to relaxing music. It doesn't even feel like a workout but after an hour I feel it really is a serious workout.
Bicycling. I used to do it a lot before when I grew outdoors. It was a perfect opportunity to inspect my investment as often as I could. Now I bought an e-bike and it takes the work out of it though.
Lifting weights. I was deep in this before my body started complaining about it. I was a lot heavier and stronger too. I miss the eating, but my liver most definitely does not.
Calisthenics. I didn't know it was called this. Nowadays I love working out in parks. Whenever it's above freezing I do it at least 3 times a week and some extra when I'm walking the dog I'll get a set of pullups in.
Running. Hell no. Fuck running. I do it, but I hate it. I only do it for my ego and at crazy times. Like when I wake up at 3 and it fills me with a feeling of being a little bit better than the next guy. Nobody cares though and I think people think I do meth or some shit instead. I had a run today and it sucked. I had to take a shit in the woods in high snow.

I'm 69. I'll set and watch. I get plenty exercise at work. I put in close to 9 or 10 thousand steps a day.😁
Me too but not from work walking back and forth in my house the property etc.
I also do 15 minutes daily on the stair stepper another 15 minutes on my elliptical. Not yo mention all the cleaning cooking washing clothes etc. I rarely sit down. Today I have to get some beans in pots. The freaks sprouted over night. So did a few others…. Lol

At this age I'm swimming for 60-90 minutes, riding a bike, and rowing for exercise. The rowing is a terrific exercise, used to have my own rower at home. These are the best things I can do without irritating my bad knees. I do plenty of hiking and kayaking, too.
I also do 40 minutes of stretching every day on a yoga mat to keep the sciatic pain away.
All of this is best enjoyed high as a kite. :canabis:

I had a total gym but it took up too much space so I gave it away. I also bough a pull up machine that works on resistance of your body weight. I used it the day I got it almost killed myself so It on hold until I lose some more weight. I fong want yo break s hip

I do 24oz curls, Tuesdays and Fridays. I'm up to two and a half.
I knew it

I will show you my method

I got one of those. Chuck you know.. My girlfriends through the years has loved it to a degree where I have hardly used it, so it seems like a good unit. Must have had it for 25 years and I makeshifted new wires for it but other than that it has held up good.

Between manliness and comfort I have chosen comfort so I sit and pee. Bonus not having to clean the bathroom twice a day. At work it's a no brainer right, you get an extra break on company time.

Stop lying. The only thing your lifting is your little pecker when you go to pee.😁
You're just mad 'cause I won't let you hold it anymore.
I bet being a lil chubby he has to reach down and pull the little turtle head out so he does not pee all over his balls and pants
Sounds like you speak from experience.
No chance of that at his age them balls are swing by his knees😳
Yeah, and don't be smashing 'em with those tits of yours! 🤪

Its a good machine and it does so many things I bought the attachments. It just too long it takes up more than 6 ft in length.
