oiy! I think I'm an idiot, fer sure. Been in 12/12 for a the better part of couple of weeks. I have a 'double door' for my new bud room. I have a door of poly, then a proper wooden door. When both are close I have zero light, 'cept.... My timers are between the two. Each is plugged into a powerstrip (that's two powerstrips). My poly door has a few small leaks on it's own, can't be helped, and each powerstrip has a red led. No way I can check at this point what might be leaking into the room. Next on cycle I'll try to figure a way to cover the led's somehow. So, question... Have I already doomed my grow into possible hermie hell or will I have caught it soon enough???? the plants are showing typical formation and look like they are so far normal for this stage in the game, the top nodes are tightening up and shooting a few extra hairs ready to blow up. Looks like they will bud on time and normal.

If it gives you peace of mind then cover the leds.

Yeah what hippy said. I have my powerstrips mounted to ceiling in my room and have no ill effects.

id be more worried about the leaks coming from the door then the led for sure (only really if its direct light leaking through)
