the sprout is about 3 inches tall and the bottom leaves are slowly turnin brown dosnt that mean it needs nutes cuz its starting to have its first set of nodes ill just leave it and see what happens

When you say the 'bottom leaves' are you reefering (pun intended)
to the cotyledons? If so they usually die off, in some cases I've seen the first set of true leaves die off as well. In these cases, neither turned out to be a detriment.

Doesn't need nutes until later man, how old is it? Soil? Is this the outdoor one???????
