b1 if I pay them the thousands I owe them I can vote ….but i would rather keep my money i will never pay them,,,if i hit the lottery tomorrow I would not pay them,,,they got six and a half months out of my life

Ziiggy A Federal Judge in Florida recently ruled it is illegal to make people pay fines to vote.
