Purps related to light

I noticed tonight that the big fan leaf (8") stems have turned purple - but only on top. I checked ones lower down that aren't getting much light and they weren't turning purple. So I assume that purps are definitely photo-related. And it has been getting colder these last few days. The air being blown in is around 8C. Of course the 400W of lamps changes that a bit.

mine did that...they were outside the pk leaves turned purple as soon as the weather cooled. the stems had been purple since youth tho plants are funny

i've kept my flower room on the chilled side past two weeks. 75 with lights on. high 50's-low 60's off. i've had 3 wonder woman clones leaves turn a light purple all through veg (4-5 weeks), and now , not as much. i was hoping to see some color... will maintain these temps in this multi strain. never know who may show. ...

i live in southern oregon and a lot of the bud grown outdoor here comes out purple and the leaves turn purple because how cold it gets, even if its green bud.
