I am currently growing 4 ICE seeds in a small grow box under fluoros(not sure exact wattage). They are 12 days old and for the most part look healthy. Well I say for the most part b/c on the larger two of the bottom leaves(not the ones that fall of naturally) are beggining to slightly turn yellow and slightly curl down. The only problem I can think of is heat b/c wit the lid down it gets pretty hot n humid in the box. I can have pics updated later but it anyone can give me any help now that would be great.

Yellowing is usually N deficiency and the leaf curl is most likely heat stress, pics would help a great deal in finding your problem.

I will be posting pics later on but I was under the influence that you are not suppose to add nutrients till later on these are only 12 days old

You are right. Don't add nutes to soil plants until the plant is at least as large as the pot. Even then you don't need to because you will be transplanting at that point. Too many people starting seeds with soil are worried about what nutes to buy. I don't use nutes in soil until flowering and after the plant has filled in it's final pot size.

Yellowing of seedlings can be from over watering, too much nitrogen from hot soil, and a bunch of other things. I like to start seeds in a seed starting mix because it isn't as hot. Then I tranplant to a hotter soil.

Definately no nutes at this point. How hot does it get in your box? Thats most likely the reason for the curling of the leaves.. As for the yellowing, what kind of soil did you use for the seedlings? Good luck on your babies.

I am n the process of charging my battery for the camera to take pics but overwatering is a possibility b/c the top layer of soil has been gettin dry due to the heat when I close the lid, i'm unsure of the exact temp but it deff could b high 80's. I know this is to hot so i keep the lid open as often as I can. Also i've heard high humidity is good for seedlings. This is my second grow, has anyone grown ICE before lemme know how they came out?

your plants look fine except the stem is very long and skinny. I would do a couple things to help your plants health. Trans plant into 3 galon pots or atleast 1 gallon pots. and put soil to about 1 inch below the set of leaves after the seed ling leaves. you'll get bigger root sytem and stronger. also ventilate the box because too much heat is stress on plant and wont produce as much. 72 F degrees is optimal also the breeze will create stronger stalk too produce bigger flowers. you can get a buster fan at a local hardware store or even an oscilating fan. good luck
