I personally would be for getting the hermies out of my space before they spew pollen. Otherwise you will have pollen everywhere and it can be hard to get entirely rid of. These are hermying so fast and so bad that I doubt that you will end up with much (if any) quality bud. The process of making seeds is going to take most of the plants' energy.
Have you checked out any seed banks yet for genetics? I would be for starting over ASAP. Unfortunately these plants are not going to amount to anything and if let go will, you will end up with pollen everywhere.
