I have 2 Jack here autos and 2 bubblegum autos growing (seeds from ilgm). They are under 2 600w led lights, for 11 weeks now. I've noticed there are new pistils and "pointy" bits on the buds, not only on the top buds but all of them even on the bottom. Someone told me this is bad and it's called foxtailing. I don't see how it would be bad because it's more bud growth and the buds are already pretty solid on one of the plants especially- also the plant with most "foxtailing." Plants are about 30" away from lights. Is this bad? Good? This is only my second grow and first autoflower attempt.

11 weeks is pretty long, the foxtailing is from the plant being grown long from my experience...I don't think there is an issue with the flower losing it's potency but I don't care for the way it looks personally...what do the trichs look like...

I am a newbie but to me those buds are nice and chunky look good . The person I got my autos from said I'm not gonna be able to tell by the tricromea on my plant when it's done .so I'm not aure what to expect . Maybe autos you can't go by trichromes ?
