to his sofa as each time i go to check the grow there is one plant less

he just needed some smoke so now the cheese plant has bitten the dust:holysheep:

so the grow now consists of the one very bushy skunk No2 x afghani plant which btw is looking exceptionally good considering there was until today no air movement in the room


so enjoy and hopefully within the next couple of weeks the skunk No2 plant should have 10-12 cheesey friends to share the room with.

Hi PJ Ok I have something to ask you So all day I have been looking around the web for ways to clone and in the process I have got really lost I have read about topping and training to get more clones. I know topping makes your plant shorter and gives you more clone places and training is just not for me I really havent found out where you can really take clones from eather. People tell you how to take them but not really where to take them from. I know you can take them from the tops of each branch but is there more places. Say you have a branch, then on the branch two more branchs grow off that branch "nodes". Can you take them as clones if they are the same kind of branch? Ok I just answered my own question LOL. You can take them because when you plant them they will grow as a normal plant. That said that means you can only get say like 30 clones from a plant? How many do you get fram a plant? Am sorry for asking all there questions on here , its just you seem to have such a good clones rate and you get so many clones If there is some where you can lead me to or tell me, you dont know how thankful I would be

yes you answered your own question yes when you have branch that grows offa the main stem and that same branch has an amount of branches growing offa itself then yes indeed you can take clones from anywhere you like.


a rule of thumb is to take clones from the fattest branches/stems etc this btw isnt a rule i stick to as i take as many clones from a plant as is possible at that moment in time.

ps to get lot of clones from a single plant i suppose depends on what strain it is.

my strain u.k. cheese is a very bushy lady and now about 3 months old from clone and now bw in flower as anothet uk cheese clone has taken its as a mother plant.

Internode? Meaning every other node? When you take your clones, you kill the plant? or just take all you can without killing it? I forgot I wanted to ask you something else. Do you ever take a clone and keep it in veg so it will become another mother. I think you do but i dont fully remember

an internode is just where a branch starts or is situated.

yes i always keep a clone as a future mum for when the the original mum gets too big i place it into fower.

as the original mum usually has had lots of clones taken offa it its like a fimmed/topped bush with loads of budsites.

take as many clones as you like from a plant so long as you dont just leave the stem and no leaves or anything it will reveg ok.

i can take clones each week from a 2ft mother like 20-40 easily.
