I just cut the bad stuff of the plant and let the plant mature more.

Now just a dead hanging Sug/leaf does not mean Bud rot looking mind you. But if it all funking moldy looking you need to examine the bud it came from to make sure before removing it.

Now you know what to look for watch your plants buds daily
Once the rot sets in you need to be on top of it.

Sounds like you are in High Humidity area
and in a green house, I hope you have open flaps and doors on it
The greenhouse will contain more heat and humidity than outside will. Get a fan on them too

I don't trust the infinity humidity/temp thing.
It said 80 degrees 81% humidity! Cheapie said 78 and 45%.

Where were they grow inside or outside? Hard to see can you get better pics under a good white light?
They look weird but maybe not rot.
