Making edible capsules, round 2

A bitter cold morning, so I'm indoors cooking up some edible capsules. I'm following the recipe from my previous thread with some adjustments here and there.
I ground up 1/2 ounce of fresh OG Kush buds and have them decarbing at 220° for 34-40 minutes. I like to cook the oil in a small crackpot I use just for weed at low setting for three or four hours. I'm using MCT oil and 1/2tsp of lecithin.
Last try, I used 1/2 cup of oil and filled 127 caps and still had some oil left over. The size 0 caps I'm using have a volume of .68ml, so to fill 100, I need 68ml of oil which is about 1/3 cup. That's not a lot of oil to put the weed in, and my calculations at that volume are yielding a bit over 20 mg per cap. So, I'll use a bit more oil and fill more caps to keep the dosage down to Ms Zuma's preferred levels.

Oops, I may have made these a little too strong. Tried one last night and got very high. I came out with exactly 100 caps so my measurements worked out. I guess the weed I used was more potent than I calculated. I've been traveling and haven't eaten a gummy in two weeks. No MJ at all for that matter until Sunday, so I may have a reduced tolerance right now.
Looks like I'll be buying gummies at the store for Mrs. Zuma until I make another batch. She does like the 20x1 CBD ones the best and I haven't tried any CBD rich stuff yet.

Bootleg has some cdg zzz thats for people that want the plants medicinal properties without the high. I just planted some they all popped. They were freebies he sent me. He said it would elevate my edibles. We will see.
