little spiders

hey guys whats up,,,,,this morning i saw these little spiders at the bottom of two of my plants,,,about a 2week ago i saw these little flies at the bottom of most of my plants,,,,was advised to put a little apple cider viniger in a cup and place at the bottom of the plants ,,,it worked great within a day or so most of the flies were dead in the cups,,,now two day i was getting ready to due my monthly leaching and saw these little spiders have set up shop at the bottom of two of my plants ,,,my ????? is do let them stay or kill them ,,,thanks in advance ,,,,p,l,r

This could be a sign of very bad news, yet again they may be harmless spiders, do they look like these?

do have the ability to do photos ,sorry ,,,they dont look like those two ,,,they dont seem to be living on the plants,,they have webs at the bottom of the plants ,,i think maybe they are living on the little flies,,,,,,p,l,r
