I have a male plant and not sure what the sex of the other plant is yet. I will remove the male today. The male looks fine, but the other plant leaves started to curl downward a few days ago. Both plants are recovering from root rot. I have nice looking roots replacing the bad ones in both plants. I am using a small hydro DWC unit. I have had no problems in the past with other plants in this box. You can see the plant on the left is my unknown sex plant and you can see the old spots on the leaves from root rot. The plants are in there 3rd week of flowering stage and are northern lights The male plants has always had a lovely smell and the unknown sex plant has never smelled.. My ph is 5.8 and nutes are 750 PPM. The water temp is 73 degrees. Again the male plant is doing fine, so why is the other plant struggling. The only thing I can think of is I had to remove all the roots on the unknown sex plant 5 days ago and is still recovering and the male plant wasn’t effected as much as the other plant. I am just trouble shooting.

Give them fresh light solution. Make sure ph is cool. What kind of light and how far away?

It’s a small box. The sick plant has 3 inches from the light and the male plant has about 8 inches until it runs out of space. I am removing the plant now and will move the sick plant over to give it more space and away from the light. What do you mean by fresh light solution and making the ph cool? Thanks for the advise. I a using a 50 watt HPS lights.

I mean keeping the ph 5.8 (thats cool). I mean a not so concentrated soluyion, very diluted
