Just made a insta-pot full of beef stew by request. Nothing in it besides meat, potatoes, green beans, peas, carrots, and lots of love. Turned out downright tastey.
We are having Birria Tacos tonight one of my favorite things I didn’t know I needed in my life. Fantastic food.

That's funny, my baby is fixing a pot of beef stew, too! Meat, taters, red/yellow/orange sweet peppers, carrots, corn, onions, celery and spices. Great minds think alike, eh?
