Coyotes can wipe out all the lambs/calves. The littles simply have zero protection. That's just icky. Shooting them is not -- at base -- for sport. It is ranching survival.

One type of thinking here....I MADE A LONG-TERM DECISION and started my own business WHEN I LEFT THERE. And I took good care of my customers by sending them SOMEWHERE ELSE where they didn't get GOUGED. Had my business for almost 30 yrs after i left there.. I believe that was long-term.

How long did you last at the dealership.....ya gotta be tough. Ha ha! I was at dealerships all my life and I pasted the test of time and got out in one piece.

I worked for a huge dealership as a Service Writer many years ago. Money wasn't bad,, but i Hated the fking Job and the fker running it. Biggest prick i ever worked for. I found out later after i moved on that he got fired for stealing money. Got exactly what he deserved. I didn't quit because of him, i quit because i got tired of screwing ppl out of money and having ppl b.itch at me like i had sold them the ******* car. Way tooar back to a dealship stressful. I couldnt stand to hear a phone ring when i got home from work.
I started sending most my cutomers to small shops before i quit and they thanked me for it. Biggest fking rip-off ever getting your car fixed at a dealership. The only time you should do that is if its still under warranty.

I would get the parts and fix it myself.

You are good. You have experience at running a business in the private sector. Yes thin margin . The avg dealership nation wide has a ROI OF 1%. Simply put .....$1 net for $100 in sales. Excel Energy which is our local electric service provider has a ROI of 20% and they are a non profit corporation.....how does that happen?

I have a clear conscience in what I did with my life, never tried to overcharge stupid people or take advantage of them.
I use to even fix older folks cars for free just so they never took them into the dealership. Got a lot of homecooked meals in exchange.
