Good morning brothers and sisters!

Another gorgeous day here starting at 47F and predicted to reach 75F.

I was finally able to schedule furnace maintenance on one of our duplexes, after numerous attempts. There appears to be a dearth of furnace repair folks available these days.

I also rescreened one storm door at one of the rentals, but the Andersen self-storing storm door eludes my desire to do so and I called an Andersen service center to do so. It requires pretty much dismantling the whole door to do so and I'm not in the mood.

Breakfast out at Screen Door with Grayfox and a friend this morning. Let the joy begin!

I started to open the door going into our office and one of my co-workers Mickey opens the door laughing. I said what's so funny. He says your Wife called and you need to call her. I reach down to my side and guess what. I left my fking phone at home. Mickey busted out laughing. He knows my Wife and they were laughing their asses off about it on the phone. Assholes
I called her using the office phone. My Wife said,, what if your girlfriends call? I said tellem ill call them later. She called me a smartass.
