Seeds are Illegal in all 50 states on the FEDERAL level. And, as we all know, US Postal and US Customs are part of the Federal branch of the US. So, anything that comes from overseas to the US has to make it past them.

I know that if u have a MMJ rec, seeds are legal to posess. Attaining them is another story. Alot of dipensaries are now offering seeds from all the Breeders from around the world. I saw a list at a club not too long ago and it was like looking at Doc C's list. Huge.
How they got them here, who knows, and who cares. I am just happy they are here.

Well, I talked to Jim of dope-seeds via email and he offered to send them again, but I told him not to bother because the order was very inexpensive. The worst part about the confiscations is that seedbanks don't want to deal with shipping to the US. He said he may stop soon.

We deffo need a US seedbank.

That's true, because I've gotten seeds before from the same place. But what ARE the numbers, I'd like to know. I'm only 1 for 2 right now.

One of the main reasons MJ is illegal in the states is because it produces seed! You can't make a lot of money off of a product that people can make themselves!

Such a waste that are "leaders" are afraid to exploit such a huge cash cow. The hypocrites will swill wine and and hard liquior, eat valiums, diet pills and viagra like m&ms but won't let MJ come to it's full potential. It can be used more ways than peanuts, cotton or wheat even. Think of the medicinal uses MY GAWD!! Not to mention the possible use of the waste material in bio-fuel production. No more using food for fuel!! Yay!! Just a thought.
