That's cool but sometimes the trichomes are still clear and not many cloudy and no amber, which makes for a quick but short high.
Done is right this plant has bud rot so it's going in the garbage LoL. That was the very last bud and it also has rot. I just wanted to mess with my microscope and see how amber these trichomes were.
It's not uncommon for some strains like Granddaddy Purple to take longer than expected to develop amber trichomes, especially if the growing conditions vary. If the trichomes are still clear or milky and you're not seeing amber yet, it's a sign that the plant might need more time to fully mature.
